SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers) is a group of students and faculty who share a common vision of an inspired, educated and prosperous manufacturing community. Our aim, objective and mission are to try our best to promote manufacturing technology and develop the skills of our members, to advance manufacturing and attract future generations.

In the past,  the council has grown more than ever. The credit goes to the team members who have planned interesting and informative workshops with hands-on experience and many exciting events like Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Workshop, Industrial Visits to companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, & Bajaj Automotives and Technical & Non-technical events in annual college technical festival Crescendo like Cad Wars, Lathe Wars & Tech Pong.
